Having being married for quite some time, I am afraid to
mention the years…(makes me feel like a grandma)…I feel most married people experience
similar challenges, views and may have in some point in their marriage experienced
trials and tribulations and ups and downs.
From a speech I have heard at a recent wedding the speaker said; Marriage
is like your children, you have to continuously nurture them if you want to see
them be successful and go down the right path.
You don’t give up on your marriage; the same way you continue to nurture
encourage and love your children. But as
we all know it’s easier said than done; in a marriage we are so quick to throw
in the towel and call it quits. But with
kids, assets and every other responsibility and partnership that comes with it,
it’s not that easy. So are you willing
to continue in a marriage where you are constantly at it with each other for
the sacrifice of your children or to continue to enjoy a home verses an
apartment? How far will you go to keep
your marriage together? Will you chose
to be selfless or selfish? Let’s use
this blog to share our real life comments.
I would really appreciate honest comments and no sugar coated fairytale
suggestions. This is real life and we
all experience it.
